95 intrigue

I just brought a 95 intrigue home for a friend. I have several questions. Is there a switch for the air horn. I could not get it to work. While backing in I had two red lights come on at the left side of the dash. One said right and the other said left. This came on when I applied the brakes. Where is the inverter? I could not find a control for it. On the tank monitor is says battery voltage, but that is it.
Nothing is working that is 110. I do not know much about CC but am willing to learn to help. I did learn that while going down the road the windshield can develope a crack at the top and spider web cracks all the way down.
