Pocket Door

I've been oiling the woodwork in the coach today. I closed the pocket door between the galley and the head and when I went to open it again it only opened about one third of the way. Now it wont open or close.
Anyone have any ideas on this? Tough to use the coach without access to the head and bedroom!

A pocket door operates on a track at the top of the door and is hung on the track by rollers. Look at the top and put it back on the track and everything should be fine.

I can only see the front roller and it is on the track. Cannot see the rear roller.

It sounds as if the rear roller is the culprit. If you can get the door back in the pocket and then pry of on the bottom to try and get the rear roller on. You may have to put something on the floor in front of the door and then insert someting towards the rear of the door and pry up.

I just pulled my pocket door out about 1/3 and got up on a stool with a flashlight and I can see the back roller on the track. If the back roller has jumped off the track it may be jammed under the rail. This would be made worse if the front roller is still on the track. Is the front edge of the door plumb or tipped slightly?
You may have to take the front roller off the track to get the door out of the pocket and then get the back roller back on track and then the front. The roller is held to the door on mine by a white plastic rotating catch. Rotate the catch out of the way and you can lift the door off the roller. With the front roller free from the door you should be able to pull the door out of the pocket with some lifting and shoving.

Just a thought without actually being there.

Problem solved. When all else fails, give it a smack...
I couldn't budge the door in, out, up or down. I reached to the other side a gave it a shot up at the top. Works fine.
Who would have guessed I'm an engineer now"?
