Window Shade

I have an electric silhouette window shade that fell and pulled out the wire when lowering. It is the type of shade that looks like fabric blinds with shears.
I can't figure how to repair it and have taken it to a shade manufacture to repaair, they have not seen anything like it. Can anyone give me some help on who to call?
