CCI survey

First let me start with I really just want information, everyone seems to be on edge lately.

One of the question in the CCI survey asks how much would we be willing to pay for the rally. In the past CC says it's about $700 per coach. Since I have volunteered for several rallies I know a lot of money is spent, but I wanted to know if service was calculated into that figure? If so about how much? If we are not having service people and just a rally that could make a difference in expenses.
I don't know if anyone knows but I think it would be helpful. I know the rallies will be serveral hundred dollars in the future but it's worth it to see my CC friends from all over the country.
