Direct TV receiver problems update

Hi All, first of all I want to say a great big Thank You to all of you that responded to my sos for help.
No matter what I did, no matter what I tried, nothing would make the two receivers receive the update.
Dale Morris from DMS satellite services emailed me, then we talked on the phone and then he made a service call to help us resolve our problems.
As Murphy's Law would have it, both receivers did update Finally on their own and then Dale Morris did some re-routing of cables and actually fixed both receivers to work correctly.

So accolades to Dale Morris and Thank you, Thank you so much.

If ever you need help, Dale Morris is the "go-to-guy"!
