Storage??s: Fans on?/off? in humid, hot (i.e.TX) weather for 3 month

We have stored our '04 Allure in covered storage in Florida for about five years when we are not on the road. When in storage I am always plugged in to 30Amp power and leave one roof A/C running set at 82 degrees. This keeps the humidity down. We have NEVER had a problem with mildew or other. I would NOT recommend leaving a roof vent opened, fan or no fan, because of the potential for humidity buildup and mildew problems.
