CEILING HALOGEN LIGHTS - Why NOT to Replace the Glass

Yahoo Message Number: 48092
Actually, IMHO, the smart thing to do is not replace the glass at all.
The closed environment, with the glass, results in excessive heat which is one of the reasons they burn out so fast.
I dropped the glass on one months ago and never replaced it to see if I or anyone would notice it. NOPE. They last longer, look and work just fine without the glass.

I'm about to take mine all out. Want to buy them?
