outside vendors

As a new CC owner, I was curious about having work done on my coach during the rally. I have heard that the practice of CC providing factory repairs on purchased parts and warranty items is over. Can we arrange for outside repair and installation vendors to replace that void during the rally?

I believe this year's rally only provides for emergency repairs.
