Country Coach Collaborates With SLI, Delivers Parts Solution for Country Coach Owners July 27, 2009, Junction City, Oregon:
Luxury motor coach manufacturer Country Coach today announced the immediate availability of full customer parts research and fulfillment support. Country Coach has authorized Specialty Logistics, Inc.(SLI) as the exclusive provider of parts support to Country Coach motorcoach owners.
Jim Howard, Country Coach Senior Vice President of Sales & Service, commented on this new andcomprehensive solution: "We are making it easier for Country Coach owners to buy parts for their motorcoaches. SLI not only brings decades of experience in efficient shipping, but has also assembled a team of Country Coach pa rts specialists with decades of CC-specific experience."
The two companies share the goal of achieving a positive customer experience for each new caller. Randy Stout, co-owner and Business Manager for SLI, is enthusiastic about the collaboration between the two companies. "We have spent considerable time coordinating with Country Coach to prepare for our launch.
