Another opinion:

If you are running with 120# (and there are some left) I don't think that your on-board air system will be of much use. I was never able to top off my tires at that pressure. However, at lower pressures, it is more than desirable to have the ability to maintain the proper tire pressures without having to search and search for someone with a compressor big enough to do the job.

I have been there! I have been to 'truck stops' where I was told not to worry but let 10 pounds out of my tires that were only 5 low.

Sorry, I missed Walt's response. The only downside I can see is with line-loss, you will never achieve 120 psi at the tires, but the tire manufacturers do not recommend pressures that high. I run mine at 90 (rear) and 95 (front) and have no trouble topping them off. If you run your tires at higher pressures, be sure to get the larger diameter hose. Less line-loss.
