Baffled over lavatory faucet

Yahoo Message Number: 62424
We arrived at our RV park in Aguanga, California and got settled. My wife called from the bathroom and asked me to turn on the water pump. What, it is on?
I checked the kitchen sink, good pressure. I walked back to the shower, it spraped fine. I heard her flush the toilet and it sounded normal, but she was right about the sink. Neither hot nor cold pass more than a trickle of water. This was the first time with this problem.
Now I can understand one or the other failing to flow, ie. seal, kink, critter, valve, something. But both hot and cold when the whole house system is common? I don't understand this and I need some help with this one.

Possibly as simple as unscrewing the tip of the faucet and cleaning the screen.

Boy do I feel stupid. I was in the bathroom looking under the sink when it hit me. Unscrewd the tip and there it was, plugged. I dropped everything and raced to my laptop intent on saving face. But oh no, I was already caught. Dum de dum de dum.

You were dead on of course Mike. Thanks for the response.
