Propane to cooktop

Yahoo Message Number: 62468
Hi all,

I just reviewed pro posts and realized I had not turned the propane switch in the coach. I turned the switch in the coach and at the tank.. The alarm went off and would not stop for over thirty seconds and the oven would not light. How long should the alarm sound? Should you be able to hear the pump at the propane tank making any noise?

Thank you,

David,

There is no pump for propane. The liquid evaporates in the tank forming a gas under pressure. If the alarm went off by itself you should have gas.
Very few Country Coaches have a propane fired oven as part of the stove. Most have a separate combination microwave/convection oven. But I am not all that familiar with the later models beyond 2005.
