Has anyone installed a Queen Sleeper bed Sofa over the passenger Sli

I just purchased a 2004 42 foot Intrigue Ovation and I want to install the most comfortable and largest sleeper bed over the slideout hump on the right slide out of the living room between the kitchen and passenger front seat. Currently there is the original jack knife bed installed and that will not do.
I am wondering if anyone has installed a hide a bed in that area and with the six inch rise in the floor does it still look and feel ok going down the road to have the couch 6 inches higher. I figure that I will have to make some blocks for the bed frame on the floor when extended. I am curently looking at the Villa Hide a bed sleeper custom made to fit in the 74 inch wide space. I figure that I could have the front sides extend down to the floor to make it look like it is on the floor and not sitting on a pedestal.
Does anyone have any pictures or other ideas that have worked for them? I wanted to leave the other slide open to put a recliner in that area. We will occasionally have guest with us for a couple nights and I figure we will let them sleep on our 'sleep number bed' in the back bedroom and this would be our bed....nice guy that I am. This is our first motorhome.

We had a 2004 Intrigue Ovation for five years. Before doing too much legwork work on a large, comfortable sleeper, you might want to measure the space you have between the slide wall and the kitchen sink area. I think what you will find is the measurement is significantly short for a standard sleeper sofa. I'm confident the sofa they installed was custom-fitted for the area available. Good luck.

We have a 2005 Inspire and we had it built at the factory with a full size bed to replace the original Jack Knife Bed. We have on the other side, behind the drivers seat a recliner and a built in set of double drawers.

We have a 2005 Intrigue OVTS and the passenger side slide is the same as yours. We replaced our couch with another Jack Knife style but from Flexsteel so it was shorter. Our original couch was way too high to sit on comfortably. We bought our new couch from Countryside Interiors in Junction City, OR. They have a lot of experience with CC interiors and may be able to help. I think the issue may be more of the height of a hide-a-bed when folded making it difficult to sit on.
