Air Governor Cycle - Dryer Pop/Off

My air dryer pop's off about every minute. I don't have any loss in air according to the gauge and have adjusted the governor to stop and unload at 120 lbs. No leaks or other problems. Does anyone else have the same occurance? My trucks only cycle as the air depletes and the governor calls for air at about 90-95 lbs. and when reaching 120 the dryer pop's off.

Just interested if this is unique to CC, my Foretravel didn't do this.
