Looking at trading for a 96 affinity 40' has anyone had any trouble that I should be aware of before I purchase the coach

Brian, We have a 95--virtually identical to yours. No real problems. Some nit-noy, like some of the switches going out, and cabinet latches--the plastic ones breaking. Latches are no longer available, so you need a replacement. One minor problem is getting the right part from the factory. I needed a momentary on switch for the ICC, and they sent a momentary off switch. The window washer through-body part had the wrong size for the hose supposed to fit on it. Check all the bottom panel for looseness-particularly around the front wheels and by the back bumper. Other than that, make sure you try everything that is supposed to work to see if it does.
