Michael,

There will be no warranty. You can request that the dealer provide an extended warranty through a third party - cost is about $5K for five years to 50,000 miles. Of course, you'll have warranty on an items within the coach which carry a manufacturer's warranty, i.e. audio/video products, appliances, and tires. The problem with coaches which have been sitting for three years is the non-use. Engines and generators need to be operated periodically to function properly. You might have diesel fuel in the tank which is 3 years old and wasn't treated.
We have owned five new coaches from three different manufacturers (CC, Beaver, Itasca). Every one of them required two or three pages of adjustments or replacements to get the units right. I'd almost rather buy a coach which has 10,000-15,000 miles on it from someone who has used it and gotten the "bugs" out of it.
If the dealership agrees to do some adjustments, I'd absolutely get in writing exactly what it is they will do and for how long they will do it. Make it part of the contract. We were actually looking at a new 2008 CC Intrigue last year, and thankfully, did out test drive on a day it rained. The coach had a leaky seal on one of the slides. It wouldn't have been covered at all.
There is a reason the coach is still on the lot. You can be sure you aren't the first person to consider it. I'd ask myself what it is they found wrong which kept them from buying it! No matter what, if you think you would want to buy it, require an independent surveyor to go over the coach. This will cost about $250. Money well spent.

I can only give you opinions.
1. A new coach needs warranty to cover the factory's manufacturing errors.
A friend of ours had over 100 items on his punch list when buying a 2007 Affinity in 2007. Some of those items were not correctable by a handy owner.

2. A used coach will likely display the uncorrected factory errors or have had them corrected by the first owner. Therefore, a factory warranty is not needed.

Would not disagree with any of the previous statements. BUT, if you get it at the right price, you have plenty of room for repair cost and still be ahead. What you have not stated is where the coach is located. If it is from the dealer in Junction City Oregon, then there are plenty of support people around to help and they are very reasonable. Not sure what the 630 means, is that the HP? The other good thing is it has set indoors for the three years, lots better then setting outdoors for three years. But it will have its bugs to be worked out, as all new units have. Again, at the right price and right place, it could be a real bargain. The killer of setting is the condensation that works into everything. Inside this will be a non-issue. Also extreme temperature change will not be an issue. One would be smart to bargain new batteries and new tires. WIth those items, then the rest should be no worse then buying it new three years ago. With setting inside even all the lube oils should be o.k.. Also, IF it is the dealer in JC, they will do a through check out and walk through with you. Might have a time frame they will stand behind it themselves, as said, in the contract.

The other side of the coin to think upon.

When we were looking we saw a very beautiful unit setting on the showroom floor in JC. If it that one, it is a real looker.
