It seems our hot water bypass valve is shot. We are on our way to Bend Or. and Coach Master's in Bend has the valve but they are week out. So if you have know of a mobile service or if you have done it yourself. I thank you in advance for any help or suggestions. We are leaving Reno today, going to Klamath Falls and will be in Bend on Wednesday

Well the problem turned out to be anti-syphon valve on the water heater, took it off and cleaned it out. It was full of calcium buildup.
Everything is working great now.

One more thing to put in the book of knowledge Thanks to all for their input and suggestions and to Mike Flowerday in Bend for a quick and correct solution
