Hey Rich,

Which brand and model of bidet did you get. Looking online and lots of them out there. Then Dr. Mercola sent me his email about one he sells for about $70, but no water heating.

Jon, you cannot get a bidet! Then I will not be the only one with a bidet in my coach!! Anyway, I got a Daelim Cleanlet. Amazingly, it still works perfectly after 10 years!!! I paid around $700 then but they have come way down in price. I would not get one without heating unless you want to shoot ice cold water up your ass. You get what you pay for.

On our LEXA I installed a very small hand-held sprayer, plumbed into the sink hot/cold pipes under the sink countertop. I used a very small shower hot/cold mixer and on/off valve for heat control. It has a five foot hose and an on/off trigger on the tiny spray head. It works great. When not in use it lives coiled in a 9" circular silicon baking pan on the shelf under the sink.
We also use it to clean the head! We started using this type of sanitary device while living on aboard a boat in 1973. Installed the same device in our second and third boats, then in our homes over the years and now in the coach too. Haven't used T-paper in over 30 years, unless away from home. Love it!
The sprayer we use is available from West Marine. Tiny head, sturdy plastic, very flexible hose. Highly recommended...

Being puzzled about the proper operation of a bidet, I went to youtube and found a number of very informative videos on the bidet and the douchette. Not only informative, but also a bit entertaining.
