CC Clearcoat Problem

I've got a 2001 Intrigue with Clear Coating Cracking around the Water Heater access Panel Frame. I do not have a clue what to do but have it fixed myself.
I agree about a Coach of This high regards in the Motor Coach Industry to have such a quality problem...
