Removal of door glass . Degree of difficulty? Please

Hello All:

I have the creeping seal problem on the leading edge of my 2000 Affinity door glass. Can anyone tell me if it is much of a job to remove the window so that it can be repaired? I haven't had this door apart...yet. lol Thanks,

We have an '05 Allure and I removed it about two years ago to have fogging corrected. Handy to have a second person around to assist but quite doable.
