American RV Company Service

I have a friend who has scheduled an upgrade of their directv, tv's and cabinets at American RV Company in Azusa, CA. I looked on service reviews and they weren't listed. She said their prices were good and they seemed knowledgeable on the phone but is looking for customer feedback. If anyone has any - good or bad - feel free to contact me offline as well.
