For those of you who do not monitor the Diesel-RV forum, there is a good posting about the above subject.

contains a bunch of files which can be used with a variety of different street map software. Includes waypoints for a very large variety of locations: Excapee, Passport, RecreationUSA, Coast to Coast, Thousand Trails, AOR/RPI, COE, Elks, Flying J, Loves, WalMart, Cummins, Sams club, etc, etc.
