Just bought an '08 Inspire...

Hello All,

Well, after a new 5th wheel in '06, another new one in '09, my wife finally got what she wanted, a motorhome! We found a deal on a used '08 with 14k miles here in Socal and go to pick it up on Sunday.
It's a 36' Inspire 360, with a 425 hp ISL Cummins. Loaded, and in very good condition.
We've been researching 36' Tiffin Phaetons for a few years now, and never did I even think to look for a CC, but she found it a week ago, went and drove it and the rest is history! It's certainly about 50k more than I had planned or wanted to spend, but it just seems worth it as you get SO much more coach for the money. I hope we made the right decision.
I gave a very thorough inspection yesterday, spending about 3 hours inspecting everything before I even started negotiating.
I didn't find much that concerned me, however this is my first motorhome/pusher, so I'm all ears for any of you that would be willing to give advice on things to look out for on the PDI.

Couple questions for you though:
1. The passenger side main storage door (and one other door) seem to be sagging about 1/8" so they require a good slam to get them shut. Is it pretty simple to realign the outdoor storage doors?
2. Also, the dealer said they'd be replacing the panel, but the interior roof panel, even with the sink location (as far as distance back from the front) has about 4 feet wide of bubbles from the ceiling panel (leather or whatever the material is). There are just a bunch of numerous bubbles in the material, looks like the adhesive failed. I didn't see any signs of water intrusion, exterior roof looked good, no stains on the interior ceiling.
Has anyone had this happen before? Common for adhesive to fail, or perhaps something worse I'm not seeing...?
3. Another thing is the select comfort bed isn't working on the bottom third of the bed in the master bedroom. When you sit on it, it's like that section is just deflated. Not sure if it needs to be replaced, or if there is a simple fix.

4. I'm used to doing ALL my fluid changes on everything I've ever owned in the past. I'm going to have to embrace allowing others to do these services now. How can I be sure they truly put NEW fluids in the engine, tranny, and generator? There is a charge for all of this, and I want to be 100% sure I get what I'm paying for.
