Hurricane hydronic heater

On my 2000 Magna I do not see a fill point or a drain for the Hurricane hydronic heater. Under the bed in the engine compartment is a stand pipe with a threaded cap that contains anti-freze, would this be the fill point? I still have found nothing that would seem to be a drain. Where is the drain? I recently had the coolant changed, now the air exchangers do not seem to be as effecient as before.

Are your 3 circulation pumps working ? Special attention to the engine compartment pump as it's not protected from the elements.

What Tom means is that the coolant tank for the engine is the fill point. You may have air in the Hurricane loop. It should self purge. Check the level in the engine coolant tank.
