Propane tank sensor

Yahoo Message Number: 72469
My '05 Magna just developed a problem with the propane tank sensor. At the tank the mechanical part with the needle reads 3/4 full, while at the control panel behind the driver it is reading "0" full. Any thoughts or suggestions? I have verified the tank is not empy. It might not be 3/4 full, but it is a long way from empty. At $120/hour for a tech, I can live with the blinking light, if need be.
