Generator slide out 2007 Allure

Hi All,

My electric slide out just quit. I had the gen set serviced last week and no comments at Cummins. I was at CC in Junction City and went to slide out the gen and nothing happens. I can hear a little sound coming from the motor but not the way it typically sounds. Any ideas for troubleshooting? Is ther ant way to manually open the s Die tray?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I had what sounds like the same problem. One of the gears broke near the motor. There are bolts holding the gear assembly to the slide tray. You must unbolt it and the slide can be pulled out manually. I don't remember where they got the replacement but it was the entire motor/gear assembly that came as a unit. The price was in the $400 range as I recall.
