Side- out canopy replacement

The Texas sun has won- canopy covers are starting to tear and dry rot and in need of replacing.
How hard is it to replace the fabric yourself and where is a good and reasonable supplier of fabric.

orginal are Carefree.

We have replaced all of our slide covers with replacements from Carefree the cost did not seem unreasonable.
