Colorado Care Free Awning

Hi All,

My Over the Door care free awning is stuck in the extended position. When I hit the retract switch I can hear the motor running but the awning will not retract. Does anyone know if there are any gears or adjustments screws that may resolve this issue? The vehicle is parked in a safe place to work on the awning. All information and recommendations on making this repair would be greatly appreciated.
