Tire wear--alignment

I am showing excessive wear on the outside rib front right, and inside rib of front left.
A shop in Gillette checked the IFS after Eric Oldstrom was kind enough to fax the specs to the shop. Their conclusion was that everything upfront was fine. They suspect a thrust angle problem but after examining the drive axle they said it could not be adjusted. They did not have equipment to check the angle however.
So, where to go from here? Suggestions welcome.
BTW, kudos to Eric who had know reason to jump in and help but did anyway.

I've forgotten are you still running Toyo's? Mine did something similar.
I changed to Michelins, and now

have 36,000 on then with no signs of wear without touching the Alignment.
Have you been running at

least 115 lbs up front?

We had Toyos on our '04 Allure with a cupping problem. We changed to B. F. Goodrich ST230's which are made by Michelin but at a lower price point. Since then, no cupping after over 10,000 miles. Pat at Pro Tire in Denton TX might be able to answer your questions. When we called him and asked about Toyos he said "you have a Country Coach don't you" Some people don't have problems with Toyos, others do. Don't quite understand why. We also had the "toe in" set.

Lyle,

I just had the same problem.

The solution was a truck alignment, with a rack large enough, to put the motorhome on it, and lift it. Go lightly tire, off of 40, in flagstaff Az did the job for me. Excellent service! Excellent job! Lazer alliged everything.
