Toll Window Shade

Toll Window Shade

I am having a problem with the toll window shade. The drape got caught and in the course of trying to free it, I think I have broken the drive gear or something. I call the manufacture who suggested there are two clips that hold the drape in place but for life of me I can't see it or feel the clip.

Any one suggestions?
