Kohler customer service

I recently had a very positive experience with Kohler I thought I should share.
Our '01 Intrigue has a Kohler fixture for the kitchen sink; original equipment when we bought the coach new. Early on in our recent journey, the fixture started to 'drool' around the base and the control which switches from stream to spray was balky. I located the parts list and called Kohler for some replacement parts. I got a very knowledgable lady on the 'phone and described my problem with our 10 year old fixture, to which she suggested a couple of replacement parts. She took all the usual order info, and said the parts are on the way the next day, NO CHARGE! I reminded her the fixture was 10 years old and she repeated her no charge statement. That is great customer service.
