Tire sensor replacement to go with Silver Leaf system or alternative

or suggestions on an alternative.

I've read thru many posts about pros/cons of diff. tire monitoring equipment and since we will be buying new tires come Nov. (we had a right front steering tire blowout on our 2007 Allure on I-95 in Florida going home to Tn. this past Sept.) I really couldn't find a definitive answer as to what or which tire sensors work with the existing Silver Leaf system or do any?
We have an 07 Allure, tag and any info would be appreciated before we purchase additional tires to go with the tire that was replaced from the blowout.
Thanks. Dee

Best bet would be to contact Silverleaf and ask them but I think they are working with Pressure Pro now.

Call the folks at Bob Dickmans Les Schwab in Junction City Oregon. The tire sensors are available, its just the displays that have been discontinued.

Hi;

I'm new to the group, but do have some experience trying to replace sensors on the Smart Tire I. I had the system installed after purchase of my previous '05 Inspire and, when one of the sensors gave out last year, tried in vain to find a replacement. I had purchased the system at Les Schwab in Junction City, Oregon. They had no sensors and told me that the company had been bought by Bendix and subsequently, Bendix decided to halt production of the Smart Tire application for RV's. This was subsequently confirmed in a conversation I had with Bendix. I do belive sensors are still available for the Smart Tire II system which was used with the later CC's in conjunction with Silver Leaf (which is what I have with my current coach). I think the sensors are actually available from Les Schwab, although they would like to sell you a Pressure Pro.
