24/7 phone support

I just found this information on Lazy Days support site, they say that they offer FREE 24/7 tech support via an 800 number. Has anyone tried this and if so were the results good? Sounds too good to be true! This is an excerpt from their web site:

I have no connection with Lazy Days, other than as a customer, but thought this might be an additional resource that could be a benefit during an emergency situation. Sure sounds good.
