keyless entry touchpad Help!

Hi everybody

we had some work done on our keyless entry system this summer and now the touchpad does not work. Does anyone know if there is a fuse somewhere or do we need to take the door apart to see if something is loose? Any other suggestions welcome. the alarm system seems to be working if the light is any indication just not the touchpad.
