Hot Bedroom?

Nahhh ... not "that" kind of heat ... but our '98 Intrigue is our first DP. And friends with Gulfstream and BB Wanderlodge DP's tell me that the heat from their engines heats up the bedroom to an uncomfortable temperature while they travel, and they have to let things cool off a little after they stop before even thinking of using the bedroom. We haven't noticed this problem at all. Of course, we haven't driven in very hot weather, yet, either. Might we expect to experience the same "problem?"

Nahh...Why do you think CC bolts the bed frame down tight with about 10 bolts??? There is also much reflective foil and duct tape...Of course, if one wishes to lube the pac brake one pays the price...

I'm assuming you mean "paying the price" by having to remove the 10 bolts, eh? I guess I can expedite their removal by using a socket in my electric drill. Because I do want to lube the Pac Brake with the special lube I bought at the FMCA Convention, despite the fact that I leave the Pac Brake turned "on."

Depends on the coach, and how well the engine compartment is sealed.
If it gets that hot back there, just kick on the Genset and run the rear A/C unit. It will be nice and comfortable back there when you stop and you don't have to wait for the area to cool down.
