You have my support! Although I believe that Country Coach has been very generous with their service crews at rallies and at the factory, A board could certainly give them practical information that they could track over the lives of their units, and correct defects in their own manufacturing processes and their suppliers. I just got a reply from the factory about my creeping window seal problem, the day after I sent them a cry for help. They asked for a list of the affected windows on my coach and the date of their manufacture (late 96 to early 97), so they could negotiate with Ci-Gi on reimbursement for replacement windows. Ci-Gi will determine the amount of reimbursement and provide an RGA number so the factory can order new windows. I or a repair facility of my choosing must order the windows through Country Coach Parts Dept. (must be done within a 60 day window from the date of the RGA).
