Have you checked out a hydraulic shop in your area? They usually can rebuild a 'PTO'. How did your PTO fail? Is the shaft damaged as well?

I bought mine from the Chelse sp? Distributor and saved some money. I am on the road and do not have the specific information with me. JD I believe is more expensive but does provide instructions and tech support if you are going to do it yourself. The PTO can be greased and put back in service if it has not been damaged. There is a specific lubricant for this although I don't know if it is critical. I found the factory techs helpful when I was going through this in 2009.

Howdy! Call Al Rousseau, the owner of Las Vegas Hydraulics, at: (702) 643-0970. He can fix you up both quickly and inexpensively. He might need the old failed part... at the very least the part numbers of both the PTO and the hydraulic pump.
He did not supply the Chelsea PTO Wet (version). That was supplied by Chelsea. Al had the hydraulic pump attached to the PTO (both units failed) built for me.

Hopefully he's still in business. Good guy.

Nothing in the Phoenix area, but I think John Davis with JD RV Services has a solution. I've supposedly have had the PTO pump lube every maintenance period and specifically told the dealer how serious the problem would be if the pump failed! Well it seem that the pump was NOT inspected or lube during maintenance, yet I was charged? The problem was found when I was having a wet kit installed only to be told the the shaft was over 50% worn. Needless to say I now question the service work that was done by a major RV dealer here in Prescott, AZ.

John:

If the shaft is 50% warn out, you will need to have the hydraulic pump repaired as well. If the pump is not repaired, you will have another failure, guaranteed. As Mel suggested above, call Al Rousseau, the owner of Las Vegas Hydraulics, at: (702) 643-0970.

Al repaired my pump in about a week.

Phoenix truck and equip. can redo your PTO. He installed a wet kit and rebuilt my pump which was 70% gone.
They did a great job. Ask for Steve Emory (the owner). 602.252.1414. he has done several coaches.

The wet PTO is different from the original and has provisions for lubricating the PTO.
