Extended Warranties

Yahoo Message Number: 80110
Just had occasion to use my Easy Care policy for the first time. I realize that everyone has different experiences with these companies (I had WW III with U.S. Warranty), so I thought it might be useful to report on my first experience. Basically, they covered everything we asked of them: tag seals, rear air that wouldn't blow cold, water pump replacement, replace several fittings and recharge dash air, replace/change syncro hoses on HWH PS and move syncro cylinder. About $2,200 and no questions asked per Gary at Premier in JC.

If it is different when I pick up the coach next week, I'll let you know. Certainly much better experience than U.S.
Warranty. Expensive, but well worth it in my opinion.

Dave It sounds like a number of the items on your list were just regular wear and tear, and I am surprised that the extended warranty would cover them. For instance , I have to add a bit of refrigerant every year, as the leak is so small, and the pipes hard to get to, so you could spend a lot of time trying to find the leak. Most of the extended warranty companies , don't seem to fight the initial small claims, and then get progressively more picky. To cover all the wear and tear items in a coach- for the life of the warranty would be very expensive. You must have paid a big amount to have them cover all those items.
