Alternator/Battery??

Hi Denny,

It sounds like your alternator is on it's way out. I do not know of your circumstances, but I would have the batteries load tested and the alternator load tested. You should be seeing 14 to 14.2 volts from that alternator. You should have a 160 amp Leece Neville alternator on your coach. That alternator can be inexpensively rebuilt and give you some more years of service. If that alternator has never been serviced I am pretty confident it is the alternator. Delco makes a 200 amp alternator that will bolt right in if you choose to go with something with more output. I got 10 years out of my Leece Neville and hoping for 10 more after a rebuild.
