What is this green wire

I have a 2006 Inspire DaVinci. I took the access panels off under the kitchen sink to work on the faucet, and found a loose wire. It is AWG 6 (a big one), has light green insulation, and seems to be coming from the corner next to the refrigerator away from the side of the coach. Unfortunately no CC wire number visible. It is about 3' long, and has 1/2" of insulation trimmed off the end of the wire.
I've tried to look back towards the source with a mirror, but cannot see the originating point. Nothing electrical is not working as far as I know.

Any ideas on what this wire might be?

The ground wires used by CC were/are green. I found some unused ones on my coach and used one for an extra ground on my frige.

To confirm if it is a ground wire, you can do 2 things. take your volt meter and go to a known 12V source. If you go from there to the green wire , you should get 12 or more volts on the meter. Also , once that is done a secondary idea is to go to a known ground and check continuity, and the meter , from ground to ground should show continuity. Hope this helps
