Moto Sat on it's back! Won't retract! (NOT a new country western s

Hello Group:

I have searched the files and found some good information from Forum experts advising others in this situation but nothing that says that the Moto Sat was nearly on it's back when it wouldn't retract.
We are trying a variety of "fixes" listed in posts going back to 2008 and have a call into Cal at Advanced Satellite but it is a Summer Saturday in Oregon and I suspect the river is calling him.

Any wise ideas?

Damon comes to the rescue again! His 2008 post did the trick. It is down and stowed! I suspect we have "user err" exhibited here once again by trying to hurry the function and not waiting until it is completely finished with what it is doing before trying to make it do something else. Oh well, perhaps we need a new country western song about a Moto Sat on it's back that will not retract!
