Overhead fluorescent lights '05 Inspire'

After removing the six screws that hold in the ceiling fixture, how do you remove the fixture? It is in so tight that I cannot just pull it out.

Gil,

Over time it really sticks to the vinyl ceiling. It will come off but you have to really pull on it. Just be careful so you don't separate the vinyl from the foam back it's glued on to.

I removed one of my lights earlier this year.
