Fuel line to Webasto Hydronic Heater 99 Magna 5710

Hi all, has anyone had to replace their fuel line to the Webasto Hydronic heater to the fuel tank? I have verified that the fuel hose is bad. I bought a suction nozzle for my air compressor and mainly get air from the fuel tank to the line next to the heater. I bought new hose, placed it directly in the fuel tank, and the system works fine. However, I am not able to access the top of the fuel tank to replace the hose. I can see the fitting through the outside porthole, but the connection is in the middle of the tank about 4 feet in. (My arms aren't that long). :-) There is an air tank in front of the tank, so no way I can see for me reach around the air tank to actually get to the fuel tank. It appears the only way to gain access is to drop the fuel tank. Of course, as luck would have it, I had just filled up the fuel tank. But I think regardless the MH would need to be on a lift to drop the tank.
So anyone with knowledge on this would be appreciated. It appears I will have to take it to the CAT or other truck diesel shop to have this fixed.

Then... it might be wise for me to have all the hoses replaced.

Update... after good advise from many of the forum members, we tackled the job yesterday. I was able to remove the panel behind the front passenger tire, remove the fuel fill tube, crawl in between the tire/chassis, reach in on top of the fuel tank, disconnect the bad hose, replaced the hose, then run the new hose from the tank to the Webasto heater. A few notes in case one of you have to replace this hose. 1) The panel has a screw that requires you cut a hole inside the fuel fill compartment door to be get the one hidden screw out. Then, as advised by some of you, there is no way I can find to route the hose anywhere but under the chassis. There was a wire already there had been added previously that I was able to zip-tie the fuel hose along side. After siphoning in fuel, the heater started right up. Yippee. Good thing to get done before winter sets in. So thanks to many of you for your help!
