Replacement for Overhead Light

The overhead light fixture closest to the refrigerator is slightly different than all the other overhead lights. It is also shorted internally. It's made by ITC and I can find what is either an exact replacement (or looks to be close enough) on the ITC website but can't find one on a retail website.

I believe what I'm looking for is an ITC 81290 or equivalent.

Does anyone know where I can find these?
