I recently installed a silverleaf monitor in my coach. I had some problems and was able to talk to Mark at 888-741-0259 (or Cory) He was most helpful. Apparently I bought a new one that had sat on the shelf at Camping World too long and it has the old software in it. He mentioned that they always have a booth at rallies and will update anyone having software problems.
