Great tech recomendation

I've got a new to me 2006 Magna. We're currently in Colorado. We will be in NM shortly.
Who is the best Country Coach Tech for chassis and house in the area?

Who is the best in the country ?

Is there anyone who really understands all the chassis stuff. Would like to have a thorough service done checking ride height, the IFS bushings, etc...
Need a really good house guy as the folks we purchased form never used any of the automated features of the coach and we'll need to learn and likely program quite a few of them.

For the region you are in I recommend Premier Motorcoach Service in Tuscon, AZ. Eric Olstrom is part owner and worked for years at Country Coach. They have a great servie center with both lifts and a bay with a pit. They do both house and chassis work.

Firstly The norm here is to sign your post with name, model , year, and serial number (CC-build number ) As well , if posting about engine/trans to name what you have. I would guess you have a problem with the Silverleaf. If it can't communicate/connect, it can't make the device operate. The inverters can be turned on manually by crawling into the compartment behind your batteries. There are lights on the inverter which state which mode it is in or if there is a fault. If no fault, then manually push the invert button and see what happens. You can reset the inverter manually , if you need to. If you have 2 inverters, you probably have an all electric coach. Likely, each inverter charges 2 of your house batteries. If all works fine, then you will have to connect with a tech that has Silverleaf experience. I , also , would recommend Eric Olstrom. I was having a communication problem with the Silverleaf and he cleared it up and has , on hand , the updates for the Silverleaf systems. I would not spend the money on a tech who has NO Silverleaf experience. I do not know how to reset the Silverleaf. Silverleaf will be very helpful on the phone, so I would call them. Google them for the number

Yes indeed you need to go see Eric Olstrum in Tucson. He has worked on my coach and did a super job.

BTW, if you are coming down I-25 into NM, and plan on picking up I-10 to Tucson, there is a bunch of construction and detours at the I-25 I-10 Junction in Las Cruces.

As you come down I-25 turn right at Hatch, north of Las Cruces and take the short cut to Deming, NM on your way to Tucson. You'll save hours and avoid the construction. If you do come down to Las Cruces, get off at the University exit, turn right and drive west past NMSU to I-10, get back on the free way . Its 4 hours at 64 from Las cruces to Tucson and and other 4 from Albuquerque to Las Cruces. You can save almost an hour by taking the cut off.

We are presently having work performed on our coach "as we speak" at Premier. We arrived last Monday with an air problem. They diagnosed the problem as 2 leaking airbags and several fitting leaks. Some of the fitting leaks were repaired and airbags ordered. Scheduled installation is next Tuesday. Front airbags were not available, 8 weeks lead time, will decide on them if we come back through Tucson next year. Major leak was in the rear bag, much smaller in the front. I'm not convinced they've found the total problem, time will tell. Hope I'm wrong!! They have electrical hookups, but we are connected at friends until Monday.

We just had serviced performed at Premier and they did a good job. However, when it came time for some serious chassis work, i.e. they found a broken rear track bar, Premier took the coach to WW Williams on the Northwest side of Tucson. If you only need chassis work, take the coach to WW Williams yourself as Premier will charge for diagnosis and then take the coach to Williams. Williams also does any alignment work that Premier needs to have done.

I would like address this as the owner of Premier Motor Coach Services.
The only reason we sent your coach to WW Williams is that I dont have an alighnment rack as of yet and to properly fix your coach we felt it was best to have them do it with the rack and the laser system they have.
We are very capable of performing Chassis work and want all our customers to feel that we have given them the best possible service they could receive and the best possible work done.
We felt that upon inspection of your coach we could not make the repairs perfect without the rack and decided it was best to work with WW Williams in this situation.
I whole heartedly apologize if Premier let you down by doing this it was not our intent.

Completed all of the repair on Tuesday afternoon. They replaced the rear airbags Monday and completed repairing the air leaks. There were 9 leaks total, they found them all on the first try. Still a very small leak in one or the front airbags. Lead time was 6 to 8 weeks, will replace them later. The problem that took us to Premier was solved. They also found a leaking front wheel seal, replaced the seal and brake shoes.
They demonstrated each problem prior to the repair. I was very pleased with the service and the price was about what they quoted and seemed reasonable. Doug Deets (service) listened to the problems and along with the 2 techs that worked on the coach, Shane and Jim made the repairs, easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the repair procedure.
I had discussed this air system problem with WW Williams (used them before for maintenance service) and decided to go Premier since they had expertise and experience with integrated ride and leveling air systems and WW had not.

We'll use Premier in the future.
