Wiring diagram help

Hello, I have a 1998 affinity I do not have a wiring diagram for my front fuse panel in the compartment under my drivers seat. I have a 20 amp metal fuse that is not showing the green led lit. Anyone know what # 78 wire belongs to what circuit.
Second, I have the webasto heat, my rear bedroom fan will not blow air, I pulled the control panel next to the bed and found that I don't have 12v at the reostat # 39 wire (brown) anyone know where this wire comes from, maybe a fuse blown? My front air reostats have 12v power, I just need to know where these power wires come from, any help appreciated thanks.

Wire #78 goes to mirror heat circuit board.
This is from my wire number manual 1998 Affinity #5487
