Shock absorbers and ride height

Thanks all for the informative answers. This rig did have the tire retrofit and has Continentals on the front. These tires certainly look larger, that may be the source of the problem. I'll measure them today.

Regards the shocks, it has the Gabriels if they are the blue ones.
Has anyone replaced these and what did you use, brand & part no.? I got great results from Bilsteins on my last rig, a gasser, but of course this is an entirely different animal. So before I do anything here, the benefit of your experience is greatly appreciated!

I think I'll let someone else do the ride height adjustment. I'm a little too old to be crawing around under this beast. But I want to make sure I understand exactly what is going on here so I can make sure the right fix is applied.

Dan, if in fact you have Continentials on the front and they are the "tall" tires, be aware that the current "8" inches in the front and "7.5" in the rear will make the problem worst, right?

So, if that's true, talk to Kevin Kiscoan at Country Coach and tell him the situation. He'll be able to give you a set of numbers for using the taller tires in the front...also, my experience is that the higher the front end, the worst the drivability and wandering. So level seems to be better. With the taller Continentials, 8 in the back and 7.5 in the rear seems to work, but do check and see what the current thinking is from Country Coach.

The blue Gabriel shocks don't seem to work well on the front. Ours would almost throw you out of the seat on bad roads. They were replaced with the adjustable Koni's set to medium...by the way, make sure that you get the longer Koni's for the single axle front ends, not the Koni's for the IFS front ends. Those are not long enough.

Dan, Take it to a dealer that does CC work, ride height adjustment is not that costly.
