Motorcycle Carrier

Has anyone installed a Blue Ox motorcycle carrier, #SC2000? I want to haul a 260 lb. Yamaha TW200 on my 2006 34' Allure and tow our Honda Element. The Blue Ox carrier is the only one I have found so far that allows to flat tow while carrying a motorcycle. I don't want a big hydraulic or electric lift, just something simple with a ramp. the Blue Ox installation instructions require to additional steel tube receivers to be welded to the frame for additional support. I am assuming that this can be accomplished on an Allure without much difficulty. Thanks
