Digital Cable Setting Not Working

Hello Group:

Several RV Parks we use have switched to digital cable recently. Regular cable works fine for us but we cannot get digital cable. At J & H RV Resort in Flagstaff (they just won the Best Small Park in Arizona Award -- maybe for their digital cable?) Harvey tested the box and the line into our rig and both were good.
So, it has to be the type of configuration inside that we are not doing correctly. Anyone else have this problem? Solution?
It makes for a quiet night and early morning when trees block the satellite, too.
